Nigel has over 30 years experience in the energy industry and a specialist in oil and gas trading, transaction identification, marketing and negotiation, having gained
extensive experience in negotiating transactions in Central Asia and the FSU.
He was a co-founder of AIM-listed Victoria Oil and Gas, and served as a director of PJSC MegaFon, the third-largest telephone operator in Russia. Previously, he led the natural resources division at the Central Europe Trust, a corporate finance boutique.
During Nigel’s career, he has advised numerous governments (Poland, Kyrgyzstan and Russia) and raised over $3 billion for asset acquisition and development.
Martin has over 25 years’ experience in a variety of investment banking roles, and is currently a partner of BRAVE Partners LLP, a regulated, London-based advisory firm, which is active in the insurance, power/clean energy and natural resources sectors. From 2001-2007, Martin served as Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Proprietary Trading at Dresdner Kleinwort, responsible for deploying the bank’s capital across a wide range of fixed income and equity investment sectors.
Martin has a BSc (Econ) Financial Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London, and is an adviser to Vertical Exploration Inc. (VERT.V), which is advancing the St Onge Wollastonite deposit, in Quebec, Canada.
